Processing
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-3 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.
Shipping
We ship domestically to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA. If a package can’t be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Kalbuza.com is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options:
- FREE Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days using USPS or UPS SurePost. (Just for USA)
- Expedited Shipping: 4 Business Days for $9.99.
- Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days for $17.99.
Note: we do not offer Expedited or Express shipping options to P.O.boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Note: We exclusively utilize DHL shipping services for the delivery of our esteemed baklava, ensuring a swift arrival within 1-2 days. In the unlikely event of any mishap occurring to the delicate baklava during transit, we pledge to promptly refund your payment. Please note that we do not employ the services of Aramex and UPS for the transportation of our baklava.
